We spend the time to not only get a thorough understanding of your work history but also your motivations, achievements, strengths and goals. Included is a 1 hour consultation, either face-to-face or via MS Teams/Zoom (face-to-face consultations require a small upfront deposit of $50 to cover meeting room costs).

This is a great option for those who have a solid resume however require a clean up, consistent formatting and language throughout and some pointers on content. Includes a 30 minute phone consultation. We will use the resume you already have and ensure it represents you in the best way possible.

We will spend the time talking with you over the phone, to get a feel for your strengths to highlight and how to market your best self. Interviews can be downright scary, terrifying even. Sweaty hands, racing heart, dry mouth – sound familiar? A big part of this is due to the unknown – what are they looking for? What will they ask me? What should/shouldn’t I say? Through a combination of theory, role play and discussion, we will give you the tools and knowledge to enable you to present the best version of yourself in interview settings.

Yes, you can meet Emma in person. Emma lives in Melbourne, Australia. She is happy to meet you in person in the Bayside area, or online via MS Teams/Zoom. If meeting in person she will hire a meeting space, so a small upfront deposit of $50 for the meeting is required.
Yes, absolutely. Many of our clients are actually interstate or prefer working remotely, so a MS Teams/Zoom meeting can be arranged. Having an online consultation is also a great way to practice for future online interviews. The last two years have changed the way interviews are conducted and online interviews are here to stay!
Once you have confirmed the service you wish to proceed with, we will send a tax invoice to you, which can be paid via bank transfer. If meeting up in the Bayside office, a small deposit of $50 will be required first before meeting. Otherwise, we will send an invoice to you after your consultation – then we will begin! Payments must be made before commencement of drafting documents.
Please note that the cost of resumes and consultations can be claimed at tax time as mentoring/coaching for clients with an ABN.
